- Başak Ekolojik provides certification services and other services that may be related to certification are out of its scope.
- Impartiality and confidentiality, which are the unchanging and most important basis of national and international certification rules, are also the basic motto of Başak Ekolojik.
- Başak Ekolojik will cover the necessary expenses in the provision of services with the income and equities obtained from its own certification activities.
- Any possibility that may harm the impartiality and confidentiality of the inspection and certification activity will be taken into account, risks will be identified and these will be managed.
- Managers, staff and committee members involved in the certification process will be free from commercial and financial pressures in all their duties. They undertake to adhere to the principles of impartiality and confidentiality.
- It will not discriminate among its clients during the policies and procedures to which it is subject to its operation, and its management and implementation. Applicants' access to relevant documents will not be blocked other than those specified in the TS EN ISO/IEC 17065:2012 standard.
- Başak Ekolojik does not carry out the production, assembly, distribution or maintenance activities of the certified product.
- Başak Ekolojik does not carry out the design, implementation, operation or maintenance activities of the certified product.
- Başak Ekolojik does not offer or provide consultancy services to its clients.
- Başak Ekolojik does not offer or provide management system consultancy or internal audit services to clients when the certification program requires an evaluation of its clients' management system.
